### 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the Velocity Production Studios website, submitting an order, or utilizing our automated video creation pipeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage our services.

### 2. SERVICES & WORKFLOW
Velocity Production Studios provides high-fidelity, beat-synced animated music videos, promotional commercials, brand visualizers, and digital video assets. Production begins upon client asset submission (audio track, style selection, reference photos) via our Client Onboarding Portal.

### 3. PAYMENT TERMS
- Full or milestone payment is processed securely via Stripe.
- Due to the computational resources and dedicated creative pipeline allocation incurred upon order initiation, fees are non-refundable once rendering and storyboard generation has commenced.
- In the event of a technical defect or failure to deliver within agreed service timelines, studio credits or rework will be provided immediately.

### 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPLIANCE
- Clients retain full copyright and ownership of their original music tracks, vocal recordings, and trademarks.
- Deliverables are transferred with full commercial rights upon final delivery as detailed in the Commercial License Agreement.
- We strictly prohibit the generation of content promoting illegal activity, defamation, hate speech, or explicit infringement of third-party copyrighted likenesses.

### 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Velocity Production Studios, RJ Business Solutions, or Rick Jefferson be liable for indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or distribution of delivered media assets. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in dispute.
