### 1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you submit an intake form or order through our portal, we collect:
- **Contact Details:** Name, email address, phone number, social media handles, record label/company name.
- **Project Assets:** Audio files (.mp3, .wav), artist likeness reference photos, brand logos, lyrics, and creative notes.
- **Payment & Transaction Data:** Securely processed via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

### 2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- To generate, edit, composite, and render your custom video projects.
- To communicate project milestone status, revision reviews, and deliver master video download links.
- To maintain secure project archives for 90 days after delivery for revision support.

### 3. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSING
Client files are processed strictly within our dedicated internal GPU workstation pipelines (`music_video_studio`) and secure cloud storage nodes (Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3). We never sell, rent, or distribute client contact details, audio tracks, or personal photos to third parties or marketing networks.

### 4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Clients may request complete deletion of their source audio and photo reference assets from our local production drives at any time by emailing `support@rjbusinesssolutions.org`. Master render backups are retained for 90 days before automatic scheduled purge.
